Fully Automated Deployment For 150+ Production Test Systems

Replaced a fragile “single executable on a network share” update model with a Jenkins-driven pipeline and database-controlled version targeting. Enabled staged rollouts, deterministic rollback, and traceability from test records to the exact software version used. Reduced release effort from roughly an hour to around five minutes, and the approach remained in service long-term with only an IT-driven OS migration.

Scaling BAW Filter Test Throughput With Automated Probing And Calibration

Rebuilt a prototype probing tool into a production platform for roughly 150 probers with modular architecture, simplified operator UX, real-time S-parameter visibility, and aggressive parallelization. Added resilient local-first data handling with background upload and retries, plus fully automated SOLT calibration driven by a wafer map and service-wrapped MATLAB analysis returning pass/fail. Calibration automation saved 15–30 minutes per cycle per tool and roughly 2 operator FTE per week at that scale.
