A prototype probing tool needed to be rebuilt into a production-grade platform running 24/7 across roughly 150 probers. Key issues included throughput limits from software overhead and data movement, operator friction, and the operational pain of manual calibration at scale.

Good Automation re-architected the software into a modular production platform, improved operator workflows with real-time visibility, parallelized test and data handling, and added resilient data capture that could survive network and database interruptions. We also automated SOLT calibration using a wafer map of calibration structures and a service-wrapped analysis flow that returns a simple pass/fail.
